The tiguar workout mat is the smallest mat in our portfolio, however, at the same time its thickness, which is almost 1 cm, ensures good cushioning for less static exercises, making it the most versatile mat for training. The non-slip surface of the mat makes it proper for any kind of exercise – from stretching and balance exercises to strengthen.

Our short workout mat has two sides which differ in colour, texture and embossing, nevertheless both of them are suitable for exercises. The laminated, welded foam with a unique claw pattern on the top side not only distinguishes by its design, but also by its highest durability, and thanks to the PVC layer you can easily keep it clean, even if you practise on it with your shoes on.
