tiguar aerial silk (also known as aerial ribbon) is the training accessory chosen most frequently by professionals and more experienced people. Silks are designed for high rooms because the figures performed using them require space.
Aerial silks are the basic equipment for aerial studios. Additionally, they are being chosen by owners of pole dance studios, fitness clubs and yoga studios who want to expand their offer — using silks in the functional training is an alternative to the suspension trainer system.

Silks are manufactured in Poland, and the entire production process is subject to detailed expert supervision.
Materials used by us go through rigorous quality testing each time. Each batch is inspected — both the equipment and the fabrics. On this basis, we know that the maximum weight of a person who can safely use tiguar aerial silks (lifting capacity) is 100 kg. This gives a very high safety factor — 12:1.
How to choose the silk length?
Silks are available in three lengths: 6, 7 and 8 m. To choose the perfect length of the silk, use the following formula: 2 x room height + min. 2 x 0,5 m (max. 2 x 2 m)* = length of your silk
Example 1: ceiling height (2 x 3.5 m) + (2 x 0,5 m) = 8 m
Example 2: ceiling height (2 x 3 m) + (2 x 0,5 m) = 7 m

The oval carabiner is used to suspend the tiguar aerial hoop, tiguar aerial silk and to connect aerial accessories (sling, extension strap, swivel). It is characterized by high durability.

Figure 8 works as an element used for suspension of the tiguar aerial silk. Having folded the material in half, you can put it through the lower, bigger eyelet of the figure 8. The upper, smaller eyelet allows to attach the carabiner.

tiguar round crash mat
Round mattress dedicated to exercise using tiguar aerial products. Resilient polyurethane filling foam provides proper cushioning and safety during exercise, and the synthetic leather cover provides excellent grip.

Training in the air will strengthen the muscles of your hips as well as the lumbar and abdominal muscles, which are responsible for stabilizing the spine and pelvis, maintaining the correct posture and strengthening the entire body. You will also strengthen your arms, stretch your leg muscles and develop coordination and proprioception.
If you are a beginner, you can start with aerial hammock (the accessory of the lowest difficulty level) and then move on to exercising on the silk or the hoop. And once you feel comfortable with training in the air, the time for satisfaction from the aesthetics of movement and delightful choreography will come. Depending on the chosen accessory and the ambition of the exercising person, aerial workout can be easy or extremely demanding. At the same time, it gives satisfaction both at the basic and advanced level.
